Campaigns
A campaign is a sequence of steps sent to a list of leads. Here's how each piece works.
Steps and delays
Each step has a subject, a body, and a delay in days after the previous step. Leave a follow-up's subject empty and it threads under the previous step's subject, reading as a natural bump instead of a new email.
Personalization tokens
Drop these anywhere in a subject or body and each lead gets their own values. Matching ignores case, and your own custom lead fields work as tokens too.
{{firstName}}— Lead's first name{{lastName}}— Lead's last name{{companyName}}— Lead's company{{title}}— Lead's job title{{phone}}— Lead's phone{{website}}— Lead's website{{location}}— Lead's location{{personalization}}— Per-lead custom line{{accountSignature}}— Your sending signature
Spintax
Vary wording automatically so no two leads get byte-identical copy. Wrap options in braces — {Hi|Hello|Hey} picks one at random per send — and nest them freely. {{RANDOM | option one | option two}} does the same with an explicit syntax.
Daily caps and ramp
Each campaign has its own daily send limit, and every send also passes the sending mailbox's cap — the smallest limit wins. New accounts can switch on a slow ramp so daily volume climbs gradually instead of starting at full speed.
Stop on reply
On by default: the moment a lead replies, their remaining follow-ups are cancelled so you never chase someone who already answered. Turn it off per campaign if you want every step to go out regardless.
Test inbox placement
Preview any step with a placement test to any address. The send looks exactly like the real thing, and comes back with a content-based deliverability score — a grading of your words and setup, not a measured inbox-placement result. Each test costs the same as a real send.
