Warmup
New inboxes have no reputation. Warmup builds it gradually, so your first real campaigns land in inboxes.
What warmup does
Warmup exchanges small volumes of ordinary-looking mail with other ColdPilot inboxes — sends, opens, and replies — so providers learn your mailbox is a real sender with real engagement. Volume starts small and grows as reputation builds, instead of blasting from a cold inbox on day one.
Turning it on
Warmup is a per-mailbox switch. Each connected account shows its warmup progress and a health score, so you can see reputation building before you trust the mailbox with volume.
When to launch
- A brand-new mailbox should warm before it carries real campaigns.
- Keep warmup running alongside campaigns — reputation decays when the conversation stops.
- Watch the per-account health score, not the calendar: healthy and rising means ready.
